## Etiquetas na Rvops

As etiquetas funcionam como marcadores ou palavras-chave que você pode adicionar a registros (**como contatos ou negócios**) para organizar e categorizar informações de forma mais eficiente. Elas também permitem automações dentro dos fluxos de trabalho, facilitando ainda mais a gestão do CRM.

### Como criar uma nova etiqueta?

Aperte o botão "**Criar etiqueta"**, preencha o nome, e a descrição. Depois é só cadastrar a etiqueta, e a mesma será criada.

### Lista dos Registros com Etiquetas

Você pode acessar uma **listagem de todos os contatos e negócios que possuem determinadas etiquetas**, acessando a área de etiquetas e clicando na quantidade de registros na etiqueta desejada.&#x20;

### Como as etiquetas são atreladas aos objetos?

Na lateral esquerda de exibição, dentro de negócios, ou contatos, conseguimos atrelar as etiquetas, ou remover essa associação., como segue no exemplo abaixo:
