# Como acompanhar meu consumo do WhatsApp?

Dentro das configurações de negócios da Meta, no gerenciador de WhatsApp, você tem a possibilidade de monitorar o consumo e os custos do WhatsApp em tempo real.

A Meta utiliza os inícios de conversa para contabilizar o consumo da operação de WhatsApp. Existem dois tipos de início de conversa: o **início de conversa ativa**, quando a empresa inicia a conversa por meio de templates predefinidos, e o **início de conversa receptiva**, quando o contato inicia a conversa com a empresa.

É importante destacar que **após 24 horas sem interação por parte do contato, é necessário enviar um novo template** para abrir uma nova sessão de conversa.

**1.1** Acesse o [Gerenciador de Negócios](https://business.facebook.com/) e selecione sua empresa.

**1.3** Clique em Gerenciador do WhatsApp.

**1.4** É possível ver as métricas de conversas das seguintes formas:

**1.5** Na aba [Visão geral](https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/home/?business_id=696636657357749\&waba_id=101031139272850), encontre a seção Insights deste mês e clique no tipo de insight de conversa que você deseja visualizar.

**1.6** No menu à esquerda, clique em Insights. Em seguida, na aba Insights, clique em Todas as conversas para obter uma visualização mais detalhada.
