# Relatórios

Os relatórios é mais uma forma de análise e gestão, devendo ser extraídos no painel de gestão da spread.chat. Certifique-se de criar e configurar os dados necessários para a extração de relatórios para garantir uma análise completa e eficiente.

### Como extrair os relatórios

1. **Exportar**

Clique em "exportar" para inserir os dados necessários para realizar a exportação dos relatórios.

2. **Tipo de exportação**

É de suma importância que seja inserido o "tipo de exportação", assim o relatório conterá apenas os dados do tema específico.

3. **Datas**

Para analisar os dados de determinados períodos, deverá ser selecionar a data que iniciou o disparo/campanha e a data final.

4. **Setor**

Deverá ser selecionado o "setor" que a campanha/disparo está atrelado.

5. **Exportação**

Ao fazer o download, é possível abrir e editar o arquivo via excel, assim o relatório fica funcional e personalizado de acordo com as necessidades da sua empresa.
