Integration with HubSpot

As part of the authentication process, the application automatically creates native properties used for integration.

Properties

• whatsapp_api: Used as a reference for message dispatch and contact recognition within the database. It is automatically populated based on values from the native properties: Phone Number and Mobile Number.

• whatsapp_error_spread_chat: Stores error statuses for outbound message deliveries. To activate this property, contact your Eloz Conversational account manager.

• spread_data_ultimo_atendimento: Updates the date of the last interaction that passed through the chatbot and was transferred to a human agent.

• spread_interagiu_com_o_bot: Updates the date of the last interaction that engaged with the chatbot.

• criado_whatsapp: Indicates whether the contact was created in the database via WhatsApp.

• spread.chat Property Group: All the above properties belong to the spread.chat property group.

List

An active list named "WhatsApp API | spread.chat" is created to automatically populate the WhatsApp API contact property generated by the integration. This list must be maintained to ensure the asynchronous configuration of new contacts.

List Filters:

• Contacts without the whatsapp_api property filled AND with a Mobile Number filled. OR

• Contacts without the whatsapp_api property filled AND with a Phone Number filled.

IMPORTANT:

The properties created by our integration, as well as the WhatsApp API List, must not be disabled under any circumstances.
