In your inbox, you will have access to all ongoing conversations. This is where you can take full advantage of the available tools to efficiently manage your interactions.

Now, within your inbox, there is a dedicated WhatsApp section! All active conversations will be displayed here, organized by the latest interaction. The layout of this page is similar to WhatsApp Web and includes some of its native functionalities.

Agents can intuitively use various features alongside the text field:

  • Use emojis and attach files such as images, videos, and documents.

  • Access pre-configured message templates for use during conversations. These templates are customizable, do not require approval, and do not support image attachments, but they do allow links.

  • Send and listen to voice messages, which are saved in the conversation history.

Just like in WhatsApp, you can select a specific message from the contact to reply directly. These options are easily accessible and help enrich your conversations with diverse content.
