Transferring Conversations
Learn how to transfer conversations to other agents!
Agents have the ability to transfer conversations directly from the inbox. This functionality is especially useful for certain types of interactions with leads, allowing transfers between agents without the need to start a new conversation on Meta.
Transfers can be made in two ways in the inbox: to a specific agent or randomly to a department. This flexibility allows conversations to be directed according to the needs and strategies of the support team.
To perform a transfer, simply click on the transfer icon highlighted below:

You can select the desired agent or department and perform a direct transfer to another agent's inbox.
