Opening Interactions

Discover how to access a complete history of interactions with your contacts!

You can access a complete history of interactions with a contact directly from your inbox. This history allows you to view all sent messages, as well as all previous conversations with the contact, including messages, audio, images, and documents.

To view the interaction history, simply click on the highlighted icon below:

When you open a pop-up on the screen, you will have access to two tabs: "Messages" and "Conversations". Simply select the desired tab and click on an item to view it. Additionally, you will be able to check reference dates to easily locate specific interactions.

Shortcut to contact.

An alternative way to view the contact records is to use the button highlighted below.

This button functions as a quick shortcut that redirects the agent to the specific contact tab within HubSpot. This way, it is possible to easily access all the details and history related to the contact.
