Report Dashboards

Learn how to create and view custom reports.

In spread.chat, you can create report dashboards to track the parameters of your interactions and active messages.

To create these dashboards, you need to authorize the creation of a new ticket pipeline and the properties that will provide this information.

You can create the following dashboards:

  • Templates sent by users

  • Templates read

  • Templates responded to

  • Templates sent by name

  • Templates responded to by name

  • Templates sent by agent

  • Conversations by agent

You can access these dashboards directly through HubSpot, as shown in the example:
