Creating a Contact
Check how to create a new contact from the conversation in the inbox.
New conversations with clients who are not registered in HubSpot require a contact to be created in order to save their information.
This can be done directly from the conversation with that specific contact using the "Create Contact" button:

After that, simply fill in the necessary information and click on "Create Contact and Associate with Conversation," as shown in the example:

You can add as many tags as needed to segment a conversation. These tags will stay with the conversation if it is transferred to another operator.
