Check Spread.chat records in your contacts' timelines.
The contact's timeline will display actions from Spread.chat along with other native HubSpot actions.
Timeline filter
To view the message and conversation history in the timeline, it's essential to ensure that the Spread.chat option is selected in the filters. Otherwise, this information may not be displayed

Message history
All messages sent through the timeline and workflow deliveries are recorded in the contact's timeline history. This enables all operators to access and revisit past interactions with the contacts.

You can preview the messages sent and check whether they have been read by the contact. This provides important information about the communication and the contact's engagement with the messages sent.

Important: If the contact has message read receipts disabled on WhatsApp, this information cannot be recorded.
Conversation history
Furthermore, all conversations that are concluded by the agent are recorded in the conversation history. In this record, you can find the entire content of the conversation, including images, audio, and documents exchanged during the interaction.

Through the message and conversation history, operators have quick access to a complete record of previous interactions, enabling a comprehensive view of the contact's history and facilitating seamless follow-up in customer service.
