Mass triggers via workflows

In this topic, we will cover how to carry out mass mailings using HubSpot workflows.

Mass WhatsApp triggers can now be done directly via workflows, this action can be added anywhere in the flow, using contact and deal triggers.

When creating a flow, you can find the WhatsApp send action in the list of available actions, as shown in the image below

Pre-registered and approved templates of the workflow type will be available for use within this action. To do this, you need to select the template you want and define its variables.

A preview of the chosen template will be displayed so the responsible person can validate the content's appearance.

Additionally, it's possible to configure a Sales Copy, which is an automatic message that will be sent after the first response from the contact. In this setup, you can also define an expiration time for sending the copy.

It’s important to remember to:

  • Define the sector: The sector should always be the primary sector of the account.

  • Assign a campaign name: This helps in tracking and organizing interactions.

Attention: Avoid using the same name for different campaigns. If this happens, the information from these campaigns will be unified, which may cause confusion or make it difficult to analyze each campaign individually.
