Reports are another important tool for analysis and management. They must be extracted through the Spread.chat management panel. Make sure to create and configure the necessary data beforehand to ensure a complete and efficient analysis.

How to extract reports

1. Export

Click on "Export" to input the necessary data and begin the report export process.

2. Export Type

It is essential to select the "Export Type" so the report will include only the data related to the specific topic.

3. Dates

To analyze data from specific periods, you must select the start date and end date of the send/campaign.

4. Sector

Select the sector associated with the campaign/send.

5. Export File

Once downloaded, the file can be opened and edited using Excel. This makes the report functional and customizable according to your company’s needs.
